Hi, I’m Steve. It’s such a blessing to have you here.
Before losing most of my sight 25 years ago, I loved photography—spending hours capturing moments and developing film in my Dad’s darkroom. I thought that would all come to an end. But I’ve since discovered that my camera can be my eyes, helping me see what I no longer can on my own.
I’m proud to still be creating photographs despite my visual impairment. As I often say: “You don’t need sight to see, you need vision.” I may have lost my useful sight, but I haven’t lost the instinct or creativity to capture something beautiful.
I strongly believe that disability doesn’t have to mean inability—or a lack of creative talent. In fact, it can open up new ways of seeing and expressing that go far beyond the visual.

Congratulations, Steve!
I have nominated your blog for the Vincent Ehendero Blog Award.
